In general, the construction department is responsible for; Site engineers and planning at the site project. Construction manager responsible for conducting site surveys for new project, engaging in research, analyzing results, and supporting all technical issues during the project. Construction project manager is also help to in pushing workers to finish the tasks within the time frame.
Conduct risk assessment at the site. Construction managers has to effectively allocate resources and ensure that there are no shortages at the sites.
Components of construction wastes such as steel and other metals should be segregated and recycled as far as possible before disposal to landfill.
Wastes such as concrete and rubble should be disposed off at a public filling area.
An onsite construction and demolition waste handling facilities including temporary
barging point areas for sorting and stock piling of all construction waste should be set
up for handling the large qualities of construction waste generated prior to disposal.
If there is surplus waste required to be disposed off at a public filing area, it
should be noted that the public filing should only consist of earth debris and broken rock and concrete. They should be free from marine mud, household refuse, and
plastic, metals, considered unsuitable by the public filling supervisor.
Small quantity of timber mixed with otherwise suitable material will be permitted
